larger image 		The WEG Enclosed Full Voltage Magnetic Motor Controls-Enclosed Starters are the most commonly used devices to switch AC motor loads. The ready to use device is available in both NEMA Type 1 metallic lift off enclosures with knockouts for indoor usage only, and NEMA Type 4X washdown rated enclosures, designed for outdoor usage. The contactor is specifically engineered for extended mechanical and electrical life, providing dependable switching even in the most heavy-duty applications. The overload relay is fitted with fixed bimetallic elements, which eliminate any need for heating elements during installation or future upgrading to a more efficient motor. Ambient temperature compensation as well as phase-failure and unbalance sensitivity provide motor protection. Field Modification Kits available for NEMA Type 1 Enclosures.
