A unique continuous heavy duty sealless pump designed to reliably stand up to the most corrosive and abrasive liquids. Our rugged design overcomes the most difficult and abrasive liquids that destroy progressive cavity, lobe and double diaphragm pumps. We can pass large solids with a diameter up to 6 inches while keeping the solids suspended in the liquid. Low internal fluid velocities and the cycle nature of the flow maintain solids in suspension without damage.
The Ramparts P Series Pump is built with high strength ductile iron or with extra thick molded Neoprene, Nordel, Nitrile, Viton, or ETFE linings to meet your specific application.
Service parts can be easily replaced without removing the pump from the piping and at minimal cost as compared to our competitors.

With its modular construction, its both operator and maintenance friendly, allowing in-place service and/or field retrofit of either RAMPARTS® or competitors' pumps.The RamParts Integrated Pneumatic Control System is designed for trouble-free operation at intermittent or continuous duties, as well as variations in temperature, air pressure or pump speed. The Integrated pneumatic Control System design ensures a full displacement stroke every time, with no guesswork or special operator skills required. It also offers independent control of the suction and discharge strokes, allowing the pump to be "tuned"" to the application, These features make RamParts Integrated Pneumatic Control Air Driven Diaphragm pumps easier to apply and install, and more efficient to operate and maintain than conventional diaphragm pumps.

COMPLETE CONTROL AND MONITORING SOLUTION FOR YOUR PUMPING SYSTEM
The Ramparts Pumps are controlled by a solid-state controller and 4-way solenoid valve. The controller provides independant adjustment of suction and discharge pressures and can be remote located. The DRC controller is a true current device with an input impedance of 50 Ohms or less. The solid-state digital circuit board includes the following features:

RamParts® air chamber type Pulsation dampener is an economical means of reducing and absorbing pressure variations on the discharge of the pump by as much as 50%!
RamParts® leak detector is designed to simply screw into a port in the upper chamber of the pump and works in conjunction with the pump controller to shut the pump down electrically in case of diaphragm rupture.
RamParts® Sidekick™ was developed to make pump inspection quick and easy. SideKick™ enables the pump top works to safely hinge from the bottom bowl assembly providing unobstructed full view and access to pump interior.

Inline Ball Valves
RamParts rugged iCV Ball & Swing check valves are specifically designed to prevent reverse flow and aid in the reduction of the damaging effects of water hammer. They provide super high flow rates with minimal pressure drop and allow for maximum solid size passage!
RamParts® also offers custom pump stands when needed. The stands make pump installatin quicker and cost less than cement foundation systems. The Pump stands are standard carbon steel construction o optional stainless steel.
