    DESIGN

    T-GTO series is a heavy-duty oil-lubricated Pitot tube pump designed for critical applications making it the most reliable high-pressure pump in the marketplace.

    With a full range of capacities from 30-400 GPM (6-100 m3hr) and pressures reaching 1600-psi (110 bar) the T-GTO offers a variety of pump choices. A robust power frame, features that include only two basic working parts:

    1) a rotating case and 2) a stationary pick-up tube and a mechanical seal that only seals against suction pressure, ensure pump reliability in the most demanding applications.

    Unlike conventional centrifugal and piston pumps that have a narrow window of operating performance, the T-GTO can operate at any point on the performance curve pulsation-free and hydraulically stable resulting in years of trouble-free service.

    T-GTO XD series has been developed for low flow, high-pressure applications. The Pitot tube design produces a stable, pulsation-free flow. The ability to operate with low minimum flow makes the pump suitable for a wide variety of applications, within its performance envelope.

    T-GEAR series is a single-stage, parallel shaft speed increaser. Heat dissipation is from a dynamically balanced fan blowing across the finned gearbox casing. The design is for horizontal installation only. The design, material, and workmanship incorporated in the construction of the T-GEAR make it capable of giving long, trouble-free service. The T-GEAR is typically used with the Thomas Pump & Machinery T-GTO, T-GTO XD, and GT-11 Pumps.

  • T-PRIME Self-Priming Pump

    GP / GH series pumps are self-priming pumps designed for uses that require solids movement while offering quick cleaning and preventative maintenance features.

    The GP / GH series is a drop-in replacement for Gorman-Rupp Pumps: T-Series®, Super T-Series® and U-Series®.

    DESIGN

    T-PRIME series are specially designed pumps used in solids moving applications. Used in multiple fields due to the design allowing solids up to 3” diameter to pass through the pump without issue.

    Fabricated with maintenance in mind, T-Prime Series pumps are created with several features that ease routine servicing.

    GP Series pumps have been developed to handle solids between 1 3/4” - 3” in size depending on the pump size. Stocked in sizes from 2” - 12” intake manifold dimension.

    GH Series developed as a higher pressure version of the GP Series pump that allows smaller solids to pass through than the GP Series. The GH Series can handle solids between 13/16”-1 1/4” in size based on the dimensions of the pump. Stocked in 3”, 4”, and 6” intake manifold dimensions.

    FEATURES

    • Shimless External Impeller Adjustment. An exclusive system to externally adjust the impeller clearance without disassembling the pump. With the use of a fixed or allen wrench, simple adjustments can optimize pump efficiency while extending the life of the pump.
    • Fast and Easy Maintenance. A back pullout rotating element allows for quick checks and easy upkeep on pumps. Blockages can be removed and the pump can return to service in minutes. Impeller, seal, and other key elements can also be accessed through cover plate opening for inspection or service.
    • Removable Inspection/Cleanout Port. Unscrew and lift the handles of the inspection cover and perform the cleaning operation without removing the casing or disconnecting the pipework.

    Another advantage of the T-Prime Series pump is that cleaning and clearing are simple tasks, as are inspection and substitution of the impeller and seal, when necessary.

    The GP and GH pumps were specially designed for quick cleaning before returning to operation.

    Even during preventive maintenance, an internal inspection can be carried out quickly and safely. To do this unscrew and lift the handles of the inspection cover and perform the cleaning operation without removing the casing nor disconnecting the pipework.

    TJ / TJR / TJTK / TJTKK are high-pressure multistage pumps. Connection to the driving machine (generally an electrical motor) is through a flexible coupling.

    DESIGN

    Multistage centrifugal ring section pumps with a modular design. The stage elements are in series configuration and are sealed by O-rings tightened by sturdy outer tie bolts.

    The supporting feet on the delivery side are integrated in the delivery nozzle casing for all sizes.

    For sizes up to 65-100 (included), the suction side pump feet are integrated in the first stage casing in order to allow the suction nozzle to turn in steps of 90° (left or right side or top). For larger sizes the pump feet are mounted under the suction nozzle casing; accordingly, the position of the suction nozzle has to be defined when ordering.

    The axial thrust is balanced by the hydraulic and dynamic balancing of every single impeller.

    TJ series are horizontally and between bearings mounted. Suction flange PN16 and Delivery flange PN40. The shaft is supported by two, grease lubricated, antifriction bearings.

    TJTK Series are vertically mounted. Suction flange PN16 and Delivery flange PN40. The shaft on the suction side is led in slide bearing lubricated by the pump liquid, on the delivery side is supported by the motor bearing. Motor and pump are connected by a stool and a rigid coupling.

    TJR Series are horizontally and between bearings mounted. Suction flange PN16 and Delivery flange PN64. The shaft is supported by two, oil lubricated, antifriction bearings.

    Shaft sealing for TJ and TJR series is achieved with soft packing and packing gland as standard. On request, mechanical seal can be mounted. Mechanical seal is standard for TJTK series.

    TJTKK Series are horizontally and between bearings mounted. PN25 Suction flange and PN100 Delivery flange. Suction and Delivery nozzles are easily turned in 90° steps. Mechanical seal chamber can also accommodate API682 seals. Bearing supports are designed for heavy duty applications and with separate oil chamber.

    TJV VERTICAL PUMP

    TJV pumps are vertical, centrifugal multistage pumps connected to the drive (generally an electric motor) by a flexible coupling.

    Alignment and drive of line shaft is ensured by a bush bearing located in pump casing and by the column pipe joints.

    Pressure seal at shaft connection is ensured by packing seal. The impeller is a centrifugal type.

    TJVB VERTICAL PUMP

    TJVB pumps are canned centrifugal multistage vertical pumps.

    Vertical axis alignment is ensured by special smooth bearings in the pump, in the support and in the guides interposed on connection pipe.

    Axial and radial thrusts are borne respectively by two bearing balls 3010 placed in the support housing. Coupling between pump and motor is created through two half-couplings joined by a spacer.

    Shaft sealing is created through mechanical member.
