Graco®’s SaniForce™ 1590 air-operated double diaphragm sanitary pumps have one of the best, most durable, lube-free air valves in the industry. Ideal for applications requiring high flow rates and portability, Graco®’s dependable diaphragm pumps offer a wide range of food-grade elastomers including Santoprene, PTFE and overmolded EPDM/PTFE.

  • SaniForce™ 1590 Double Diaphragm Pump

    • 2 in (51 mm) tri-clamp connection
    • 90 gpm (341 lpm) in a compact, portable size
    • Fluid pressure to 120 psi (8.4 bar, 0.84 MPa)
    • All fluid contact materials are FDA-Compliant and meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21
    • High volume evacuation of liquid concentrates from holding vessels or repackaging of fluids from original container to smaller receptacles - up to 15,000 cps
    • Suitable to pump such products as: concentrated fruit juices, sauces, pastes, starches, wine, food-grade oil, jams and jellies
  • Patented, lube-free air valve

    • Three-way pilot valve for no-stick operation
    • 316 series stainless steel rod design for long life and corrosion resistance
    • 1040, 1590 and 2150 SaniForce™ pumps use common center sections
    • 100% externally serviceable air valve

    • Available on the SaniForce™ 1040, 1590, 2150 and SaniForce™ HS 1590 and 3150
