SaniForce™ 5:1 Piston Pumps

The SaniForce™ 5:1 transfer piston pump is constructed of 300 series stainless steel, with a 2 inch (50.8 mm) sanitary tube flange outlet and can be fitted into open-head drums or directly inserted into a 4.5 inch (114 mm) closed-head drum bung. Our sanitary piston pumps are ideal for most food-related, cosmetic and personal care applications.

• Flow rates up to 14 gpm (53 lpm)
• Maximum fluid pressure of 400 psi (28 bar; 2.8 MPa)
• Siphon up to 5,000 cps and up to 100,000 cps if immersed
• Available in double-ball and priming piston designs
• Fluid transfer and supply of low to medium viscosity fluids
• Suitable to pump products such as: cosmetics, fruit juice concentrates, creamy candy fillings, ice cream variegates, jams and jellies
