The 360º swivel adapters prevent hose kinking as well as being economically designed to provide a stress free environment by its ability to rotate with hand movements when dragging hose during normal spray.

It is very common that industrial hoses are assembled using fittings similar to SuperKlean® swivel adapters, swivel ball adapters, and mixer adapters. Under normal use, the inside of a hose constantly rubs against the bottom edges of the hose barb of the fitting, causing the hose to eventually burst at that location. Many washdown applications require the use of high temperature hot water, causing the wear and tear effects to be more pronounced, because hot water causes the hose to soften.

Premature hose failure can be costly in terms of replacement and production line down-time. SuperKlean® LifeSpan hose guards can shield your hose against sharp edges at the end of the fittings, that may cut through the hose. This helps ensure your hose can meet or exceed its expected life span. SuperKlean®'s brass and stainless steel hose racks, made out of 321 series stainless steel, are virtually corrosion resistant in most applications and environments. Its aluminum epoxy coated Mounting plate was specifically designed for quick and easy installation and meets the required spacing between wall to plate and plate to units.

SuperKlean® 3-piece mixer adapters were specifically designed for easier installation without the hassle of hose kinking. SuperKlean®'s all stainless steel adjustable angle temperature gauge was specifically designed to provide accurate readings of water temperature exiting SuperKlean® mixing units.

SuperKlean®'s new FGHT x hose barb swivel adapters were specifically designed to complement our existing hose lines by providing our customers with a method of assembling hoses in order to attach them to existing male GHT outlets throughout plants. As with all SuperKlean® adapters, they are designed with a 2 in. long hose barb for a safer and more secure installation. The 360º swivel adapters prevent hose kinking.

SuperKlean® proudly introduces our newest line of sanitary fittings. Made of 300 series stainless steel, we currently offer a rigid clamp x hose barb sanitary fitting, a swivel 1/2" male NPT x clamp sanitary fitting, a single pin heavy duty clamp, and a "mini" gasket.

SuperKlean®'s new male 3/4" NPT x male GHT adapters were specifically designed to complement our existing fitting line by providing our customers with a method of converting our FGHT x hose barb swivel adapters into male 3/4" NPT x hose barb swivel adapters. As with all SuperKlean® adapters, we offer them in both brass and 300 series stainless steel. Once attached to the above fitting, the user is assured a 360º 3/4" NPT x hose barb swivel adapter which prevents hose kinking.
