  • MasoSine Certa Pump with Cover Off

    MasoSine®
CERTAMasoSine® CERTA: The Cleanest Pump You Will Ever Need
Certa™ is latest innovation from MasoSine®, the creators of Sine® pump Technology. Its launch sets even higher pumping standards in food processing. Offering EHEDG (Type EL Class I) and 3A certification as standard, Certa™ is extremely easy to clean for minimal maintenance and downtime. This ADVANCE®d new innovation in food pump technology not only delivers high suction capability to handle viscous products, it offers significant advantages over alternative technologies. Unlike traditional pumps with rotors that cut through the fluid, Certa's sinusoidal rotor gently carries fluid through the pump to dramatically reduce shear, while cutting power consumption by up to 50% with high viscosity fluids. The typical advantages and high performance levels delivered by proven MasoSine® sinusoidal technology include virtually no pulsation, superior viscous handling, simplicity, reliability, energy efficiency, interchangeable parts and low cost of ownership. For many years, Sine® pumps have played an important and highly successful part in conveying fluids with viscosities of up to 8 million cP. The new MasoSine® Certa pump now completes the existing product range by offering users a fully CIP capable pump at flow rates up to 183.2 USGPH.

    • 3A and EHEDGE Type EL Class I Certification
    • High Viscosity Food Product Handling
    • Low Shear and Zero Pulsation
    • Require up to 50% Less Power than Other Pump Types

  • MasoSine SPS Pump

MasoSine® SPS pumps offer the ideal solution to improve your performance andsrc=http://tools.thomasnet-navigator.com/CatalogManager/ minimize cost of ownership. The sinusoidal rotor design of MasoSine® SPS pumps delivers a lower shear, gentle pumping action that safely transfers delicate products without risk of degradation. SPS pumps are suitable for industrial or food/beverage applications up to 217 psi at flows up to 434 GPM. Products with viscosities from 1 to 8 million cP can be transferred with powerful suction up to 0.85bar. Capable of handling soft solids safely up to 60mm, maintaining end product quality and delivering high yield rates. Maintenance takes minutes and can be performed in-place by a line operative.

    SPS Series Features & Benefits:

    • Energy efficient pumping action: Reduce your energy costs and minimize CO2 emissions
    • Gentle product handling: ultra low shear ensures continuity of product quality
    • Superior viscous handling with lowest NIPR/NPSHR: powerful suction up to 12psi vacuum without running the pump under cavitation
    • Simplicity: Minimal downtime. One shaft, one seal and no timing gears enable easy in-place pump maintenance in minutes
    • Interchangeable parts: Fully interchangeable components between pumps of the same size, reducing spares inventory

  • MasoSine EcoSine Pump

MasoSine®'s EcoSine pump satisfies demanding processing requirements cost-effectively, using the unique MasoSine® pumping principle. This model is a sanitary pump for pressures to 6bar (90 psi) and bi-directional operation. The sine-wave-shaped rotor creates four moving chambers which gently convey the duty fluid from the inlet port to the higher-pressure discharge port. The gate prevents any fluid passing back from the discharge side to the lower-pressure suction side of the pump. Ecosine is for sanitary duties requiring strong suction/low shear.

    • Capacity: 125,000 liter/hour (550 US gpm)
    • Pressures to 6 bar (90 psi)

    EcoSine Pump Series Features& Benefits:

    • Exclusive sinusoidal rotor
    • Powerful suction
    • Large pumping chambers for fragile particulates
    • 3A Certified
    • Gentle, low shear product handling
    • Safely pumps highly viscous products
    • Very low pulsation
    • Economical in-line maintenance & cleaning

  • MasoSine MR Pump

High-Temperature Pumping: The MasoSine® MR's heat-retaining (or heat-excluding) jacket allows the pump to reach the duty fluid temperature rapidly, and stay there. A heat-retaining front cover is available. This model is for high-throughput sanitary pumps up to 150 psi pressure. MasoSine® pumps have one shaft and therefore one seal, unlike regular two-shaft rotary lobe pumps that require two seals. The standard seal is a triple lip seal design, which is ideal for most food and beverage applications. Mechanical seal systems are available on request for applications where CIP is a requirement. MasoSine® pumps are supplied as standard with Tri-Clamp connections. I-Line, SMS and ANSI flanges are available on request. Customized ports can also be supplied. MasoSine® pump ports are orientated 90 degrees apart. They may be fitted in 45-degree incremental positions to fit your exact piping requirements. MasoSine® MR pumps may be operated clockwise or counter-clockwise.

    Design Advantages

    • Powerful suction even for viscous products
    • Low pulsation for smooth, consistent flow
    • Low-shear action does not damage fragile and shear-sensitive fluids
    • Wearing parts easily replaced on site
    • Holds 3-A Sanitary Standards authorization

Typical Applications: Cheese, curds and whey, cottage cheese, butter, yogurt, fruit concentrates, syrups, beer, wort, yeast, batter, frosting, fillings, slurries, soups, stews, deli salads, chocolate, caramel, fruit fillings.
