  • Bredel 25 Hose Pump

Bredel® hose pumps have suction lift capability up to 9.14m (30 feet), are dry running and self-priming. Without seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace, they are ideal for abrasive slurries, corrosive acids, gaseous liquids.

The pumping action results from alternately compressing and relaxing a machined hose between the pump housing and the compressing shoes. The fluid ahead of the shoe is pushed towards the discharge while the rebounding hose behind the shoe draws more fluid in. With 100% compression at all times, the pump does not slip, providing unbeatable metering accuracy and pressure performance. With no pump seals, seats or valves, abrasive slurries are no problem. With the fluid contacting only the inner wall of the hose, the pump is perfect for aggressive chemicals.

  • Watson Marlow Peristaltic Pumps

Watson-Marlow® peristaltic pumps (tube pumps) eliminate the need for ancillaries and increase productivity by providing accurate and repeatable flow rates. Rapid and simple installation ensures a low total cost of ownership. Peristaltic pumps are positive displacement pumps. They use the perfect pumping principle with none of the disadvantages of other pump types, and cost far less in maintenance and interrupted production. They successfully handle the harshest fluids, stand up to the toughest industrial environment, and pump with extraordinary accuracy and flow control up to 875,000:1 in one pump. Both industrial and sanitary/pharmaceutical grade models are available.

What is peristalsis?: Watson-Marlow Pumps®' low-shear peristaltic action is created by compressing the tube element between rollers. Between roller passes, the element recovers to draw in fluid. The pump is self-priming and dry-running, with contained flow and no cross-contamination, requiring no seals or valves. No other positive displacement pump offers this separation of pump and fluid. Watson-Marlow Pumps® outperform other pump types.

  • Watson Marlow 825 & 840 Hygienic Hose Pump

Designed for low-shear sanitary pumping duties up to 35gpm (33l/min) and pressures up to 3.5 bar in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food industries, 800 series pumps feature a true CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (steam-in-place) facility. The twin stainless steel rollers disengage to lift off the tube, allowing a straight-through path for cleaning. There are no "dead spots" or crevices. Mounted on a 304 stainless steel frame, 800 series pumps are available with fixed speed motor gearboxes, integral Varmeca inverter drives, or inverter-rated variable speed motor gearboxes providing 4-20mA or 0-10V process control, as well as remote stop/start and reverse. ATEX rated drives are also an option.

    • 25mm pump provides a maximum flow rate of 453gph (1980 l/hr)
    • Self-priming and dry running, with no valves, seals or glands
    • Hinged access door makes tube loading simple and safe
    • Long life USP Class VI Bioprene or GORE STA-PURE PCS tubing
