Qdos pumps deliver flow rates that remain constant right up to 7 bar (100 psi) giving users a unique advantage over diaphragm metering pumps. Designed as a drop in replacement to diaphragm pumps, the Qdos peristaltic metering pump offers long maintenance intervals, reducing the impact of process downtime and lowering the overall cost of ownership.


Qdos pumps provide superior metering and chemical dosing compared to diaphragm metering pumps. They deliver flow rates from 0.001 to 31.7 GPH consistently to 100 PSI. Qdos pumps are designed to be drop in replacements for many diaphragm metering pumps. They have long service intervals, and maintenance takes minutes instead of hours. The Qdos line of pumps also save money by eliminating the need for ancillary equipment like pulsation dampeners, strainers, de-gassing valves, back pressure or foot valves. Programming and control can be performed through the pumps UI or through any number of control options including PROFIBUS.


The unique design of the patented ReNu™ Pump head enables accurate and repeatable flow for fluids of wide ranging viscosities. No-tools maintenance means quick, safe and easy Pump head replacement with no specialist training or maintenance technicians. The contained Pump head design with integral leak detection reduces wastage and eliminates operator exposure to chemicals.
